ACCREDITATION FEES:
Individual participants and international sport clubs are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted registrations. The entry fees are listed below for individuals and teams:
- Registration will close on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at 23:55..
- All registrations must be completed via the registration system below by the date and time specified.
- Late registrations will not be accepted.

How to Register
- Only one registered user per country (federation) is allowed. Individual registrations will be deleted. All participants must register through their national federation.
- First, register your country by clicking the “Register your country here” link on the first page of the registration website. Please click here to begin the registration process.
- After completing the registration, check the email address you provided and activate your account.
- Once your account has been activated, log in to the registration website and register your competitors, teams, helpers, officials, and spectators.
- Multiple roles can be assigned to one person (e.g., competitor and judge).
- To complete an individual registration, you must upload a photo (1–3 MB).
- Team registration is available after all individual competitors have been registered.

Tatami Reservation
Tatamis can be reserved from Monday to Thursday.
Number of available tatamis: 6
Maximum rental time per country: 2 hours per day
Rental fee: €30 per hour (VAT included)

Official event T-shirts are available for pre-order. More details will be announced later.
