Dates to Remember

Hotel Reservation / Confirmation, changes, cancellations and refunds:

Confirmation:
Hotel reservation should be made before October 01st, 2026. Reservation after this date shall be subject to availability.
The full payment for each room is required in order to confirm your hotel reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation, If received by October 15th, 2026 full refund of the deposit payment or full payment.
Cancellation, If received later than October 16th, 2026 there will be no refund.

Changes:
Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Championships.
